What Students Will Experience

Real-world IT exposure in professional environments

This program functions similarly to a job shadowing or introductory internship experience. It is unpaid and strictly volunteer-based, with a strong emphasis on learning, mentorship, and community engagement.

💻

Observe & Assist

Shadow real-world technical support scenarios at vetted partner businesses. See how IT professionals diagnose and resolve problems.

🔧

Hands-On Learning

Gain exposure to IT systems, troubleshooting techniques, hardware repair, and client interaction in active business environments.

🤝

Mentorship

Learn alongside supervised trainees and experienced professionals who guide you through every step of the process.

🏭

Community Impact

Participate in free Fix-It Clinics at local libraries, helping families with device repair and tech support outreach.
