Terms & Agreement

1. Purpose

This Community Partnership Benefit Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Gavi Hand Enterprise, Inc. ("GHE"), a Massachusetts nonprofit organization, and the Partner organization identified above. The purpose of this Agreement is to formalize a mutually beneficial partnership that advances GHE's mission of youth workforce development, community technology access, and STEAM education in Plymouth County and the South Shore of Massachusetts.

2. Partnership Obligations — Gavi Hand Enterprise, Inc.

GHE agrees to provide the benefits outlined in the selected partnership tier on a monthly basis, contingent upon receipt of the monthly contribution. GHE will maintain accurate records of partnership activities, issue an annual impact report to all partners, and recognize each partner in a manner consistent with the selected tier. GHE reserves the right to modify tier benefits with 30 days' written notice.

3. Partnership Obligations — Partner Organization

The Partner agrees to maintain the monthly contribution amount for the duration of the initial commitment term selected above. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. The Partner may cancel this agreement with 30 days' written notice to [email protected], effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.

4. Use of Funds

Monthly contributions are used exclusively to support GHE's charitable programs, including but not limited to: supervised youth IT training placements, Fix-It Clinic community repair events, Tech-for-Tots device donation initiatives, STEAM Sparks youth workshops, and the Cultivate leadership development program.

5. Recognition & Intellectual Property

The Partner grants GHE the right to use the Partner organization's name and logo for recognition purposes as specified by the selected tier. GHE grants the Partner the right to use GHE's name and partnership badge in the Partner's own communications. Neither party may use the other's marks in a manner that implies endorsement of unrelated activities without written consent.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared in the course of this partnership and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Term & Renewal

This Agreement is effective upon submission and payment confirmation and remains in effect for the initial commitment term selected. It will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis thereafter unless either party provides 30 days' written notice of termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

GHE's liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total contributions received from the Partner in the three months preceding any claim. GHE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in Plymouth County, MA.

10. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Community Partnership Program and supersedes all prior discussions and understandings. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.

I, the authorized representative named above, confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Community Partnership Benefit Agreement, and that I am duly authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of the organization listed above.

A signed contract copy will be emailed to you and to Gavi Hand Enterprise. You'll then complete your secure monthly payment via Stripe.
